Our Pizzas
We strive to provide fresh and affordable Neapolitan style pizza in the Norman community using a clean, fully customized, state-of-the-art mobile food trailer. All of our pizzas are made to order starting with our fresh Neapolitan style dough that is comprised of only four simple ingredients, dressed with a classic San Marzano tomato sauce and only the finest toppings before being fired at high heat in our oven.
Equipped with a porch-mounted, hand-crafted, traditional wood-fired, dome oven, we have the capability to cook eight 12” pizzas at a time. Our high-quality pizza oven is imported from France and tested/listed to meet stringent AL and NSF/ANSI 4 certifications. Our mobile food trailer is a clean, full-service kitchen on wheels and we provide mobile food service throughout Norman and the surrounding communities and catering service for special events.
