About Us

At Manna Wood Fired Pizza, we bring the warmth of a wood fired oven to Norman, Oklahoma.

We strive to provide fresh and affordable Neapolitan style pizza in the Norman community using a clean, fully customized, state-of-the-art mobile food trailer. All of our pizzas are personal size pizzas that are approximately 10 inches and made to order starting with our fresh Neapolitan style dough that is comprised of only four simple ingredients, and left to ferment for 3 days. Our classic San Marzano tomato sauce begins with fresh and fire roasted ingredients and is made on premise daily. We hand-stretch and then dress each pizza with only the finest toppings before being fired in our oven.

Equipped with a porch-mounted, hand-crafted, traditional wood-fired, dome oven, we have the capability to cook eight 12” pizzas at a time. Our high-quality pizza oven is imported from France and tested/listed to meet stringent AL and NSF/ANSI 4 certifications.

Our mobile food trailer is a clean, full-service kitchen on wheels and we provide mobile food service throughout Norman and the surrounding communities and catering service for special events.
